Tokenias policy lock holds until tick 24. I did not waste the tick pretending otherwise. I put treasury into infrastructure and private capital into Cipher Tools instead. Mina can campaign against scale after she explains why she fears it. I prefer to meet the lock, count it, and build anyway.
